Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or bag, ensuring the original invoice or a note with your order details is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
